Tak to tu máme – štvrtkový pád vlády! Za zhruba 2,5 roka od volieb dokázala víťazná koalícia priviesť vlastnú vládu k úplného zániku. Sľubovali otočku v správe a fungovaní štátu, ale svoju šancu prehajdákali v nekonečných vzájomných sporoch. Bolo by to dopadlo takto, keby im ozaj bolo išlo o krajinu a občanov? Nie je to vari dostatočný dôkaz, že vysoko nad záujmami krajiny a jej občanov stoja osobné záujmy malej hŕstky mocou a peniazmi opantaných egoistov? Pre nás je predstava, že ich nahradí politicky resuscitovaný Fico a spol. bez preháňania príšerná. Čo v skutočnosti zaslepuje nedôveryhodnú vládu až tak, že tú hrôzu, ktorej otvárajú dvere dokorán, vôbec nevidia?

Alebo že aj keď ju vidia, neupustia od konania, ktoré k nej nevyhnutne vedie? Keby išlo o zásadný ideologický a geopolitický spor ako v dobe, kedy M. Dzurinda striedal V. Mečiara a krajina sa vrátila na cestu do civilizovanej Európy, vedeli by sme byť zhovievaví. Lenže nič také sa teraz nerieši. Je o to tragickejšie, že osud celej krajiny sa obetoval primitívnemu boju o čosi také nízke ako peniaze.

Má Slovensko plakať alebo sa tešiť? Je to porážka alebo výhra? Môžeme azda povedať, že sme dobojovali? Podľa nás ani náhodou! Keď sa niečo končí, spravidla sa niečo iné začína. Výnimkou je však boj o moc, ktorý sa nekončí nikdy, len pokračuje za iného stavu.

Otázky typu kto za to môže, prečo, ako, za čo, či vytrhol či nevytrhol demisiu sú však, ako zvyčajne, absolútne nepodstatné. Takéto otázky totiž nič neriešia a nikam nevedú. Podstatné je iba to, čo bude ďalej. A ako sa ukazuje, skôr či neskôr, alebo možno až v riadnom termíne, tu budú parlamentné voľby.

Parlamentné voľby po novom potrebujeme ako soľ

Ak budú nasledujúce parlamentné voľby v doteraz platnom právnom rámci, pád vlády bol zbytočný, pretože sa nič zásadné nestane. Einstein vraj kedysi povedal, že ak vedec robí pokus stokrát úplne rovnako, za rovnakých podmienok, nemôže čakať, že výsledok pokusu bude zrazu iný. Bude vždy rovnaký. S našimi voľbami je to presne to isté. Pokiaľ sa pravidlá nezmenia a od základov sa neprebuduje systém, akým sa zveruje moc občanov do rúk ich zastupiteľov, vždy tu budú tí istí ľudia, stále dokola. Pre občanov a krajinu sa nič zásadné nezmení, pretože zmena nie je z princípu možná!

Pod zásadným nemáme na mysli, kto vládne a kto sedí v opozícii. Tri desaťročia totiž ukazujú, že je to z veľkej časti nepodstatné. Ani deklarované priority, princípy či hodnoty neznamenajú nič zásadné, pretože zakaždým bolo iba otázkou času, kým sa z nich stali prázdne reči. Za zásadné považujeme to, že politické strany a predovšetkým ich vedenia z princípu nemajú na srdci blaho verejné ale jedine svoje vlastné. Práve z tohto dôvodu je nežiadúce zverovať im akýkoľvek diel moci.

Dodržiavanie Ústavy SR

Sú to oni, kto cestou do práce zakaždým prechádza vestibulom NR SR, kde je s poctami vystavená Ústava SR, najvyšší zákon štátu. Sú to oni, kto po zvolení skladá nasledujúci sľub: „Sľubujem na svoju česť a svedomie vernosť Slovenskej republike. Svoje povinnosti budem plniť v záujme jej občanov. Budem dodržiavať ústavu a ostatné zákony a pracovať tak, aby sa uvádzali do života.“ (Čl. 75 Ústavy SR) Viete v sľube poslanca NR SR nájsť aspoň niečo, čo poslanec reálne dodržiava? Nechceme nikomu krivdiť, ale u väčšiny členov najvyššieho zastupiteľského zboru a vlády (ktorej členovia vzišli prevažne z poslancov NR SR) nevidíme ani česť, ani svedomie, ani vernosť, ani plnenie povinností, ani dodržiavanie ústavy a zákonov, ani záujem občanov. Summa summarum – úplná tragédia! Mimochodom, o dôvere vláde hlasovalo 102 našich poslancov, čiže chýbalo 48 z tých, čo zložili sľub vernosti Slovenskej republike. Čo dodať? Aj opreto tu máme pád vlády.

Ako poukazujeme na našom portáli v časti Riešenia, k zmene môže dôjsť jedine vtedy, ak sa zmenia princípy. Treba začať od Ústavy SR, ktorú musíme bezpodmienečne začať dodržiavať, lebo je inak iba zdrapom papiera. Darmo je vystavená vo vestibule NR SR, ak si ju nectia samotní naši zákonodarcovia. Jednoducho, ak majú byť podľa Ústavy SR politické strany a politické hnutia oddelené od štátu, nech to tak aj je. Nech si politické strany a ich členovia či vedenie pokojne existujú, ale nech nám a krajine už konečne dajú svätý pokoj!

Včera v jednej diskusii pred hlasovaním sa vyjadril aj bývalý politik Peter Weiss. Čo hovoril na možný pád vlády? Páčilo sa nám, že použil označenie našich politických strán ako „es-er-očky jedného človeka“. Takto ich máme označené aj na našom portáli. Možno, že pán Weiss náš portál navštívil a inšpiroval sa. 🙂 Za chybu označil aj to, že na Slovensku máme len jeden volebný obvod. Pán Weiss tým odfajkol ďalší bod z našej agendy.

Čo ďalej

Aj keď ešte nevieme, aké kroky urobí pani prezidentka Čaputová a čo bude bezprostredne nasledovať, je isté, že parlamentné voľby skôr či neskôr budú. Podľa všetkého zrejme skôr, a tak času je málo. Je málo času na to, aby sa hrubé chyby v našom právnom systéme, ktoré hrubo pošliapavajú ústavnosť, odstránili: aby sa odstránila neústavnosť kandidátok politických strán pre voľby do parlamentu, aby sa odstránilo napojenie politických strán na štátny rozpočet a nastolila sa tak ústavnosť v oddelení politických strán a politických hnutí od štátu.

Keďže pani prezidentka Čaputová a ani nikto z nezávislých poslancov v tejto veci nepohol ani len prstom, nezostáva nám už nič iné, len začať uvažovať o poslednej ústavnej možnosti, ktorou je priame vykonávanie štátnej moci, a to prostredníctvom referenda vyhláseného na základe petície občanov. Ak sa to podarilo zorganizovať R. Ficovi, prečo nie aj hociktorému občanovi.

Je to zrejme posledná možnosť, ako ešte pred ďalšími parlamentnými voľbami zmeniť pravidlá/princípy tak, aby sa naplnila ústavnosť v zmysle  Čl. 29 ods. 4 Ústavy SR o tom, že politické strany a politické hnutia sú oddelené od štátu. Je zjavné, že pokiaľ sa toto ustanovenie Ústavy SR nenaplní, nikdy nám táto banda nedá pokoj. Je to teda výzva na nastolenie ústavnosti.
